工作內容：我們正在尋找一位產品開發(fā)工程師，負責汽車塑膠零部件產品項目開發(fā)工作。主要職責包括：·對接客戶產品開發(fā)團隊，參與新產品導入和可行性評審。·制定項目計劃時間表，確定關鍵節(jié)點，監(jiān)控管理進度，確保按期完成里程碑節(jié)點。·統(tǒng)籌產品工裝夾具，檢輔具的方案確認，跟進加工進度，推動驗收工作。·主導樣品試制交樣以及項目階段復盤總結，負責推動項目問題及時關閉。·組織生產、品質等相關部門召開生產前會議，進行產品技術轉化和各工藝輔助物料確認，執(zhí)行小批量試產作業(yè)。·推動項目轉交工程結案。 職位要求：·本科及以上學歷，機械、汽車制造相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。·1年以上產品項目開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗。·英文聽說讀寫熟練。·熟練使用office辦公軟件，project軟件。·熟悉模具，注塑，噴涂，電鍍等工藝優(yōu)先。·熟悉項目開發(fā)工具，熟悉APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、FMEA的原理。
