我們正在尋找兩位法律專業(yè)人員，負責集團法務部相關工作。主要職責包括：1、對集團及各子公司的規(guī)章制度等文件提出法律審核意見，參與評審公司風險控制與合規(guī)的管理制度、流程、文件。2、負責集團及子公司各部門相關法律文件的適用識別，及時更新完善并指導落實。3、對集團及各子公司經(jīng)濟技術合同文本通用條款的審查、修訂提出法律意見。4、參與公司各類技術、經(jīng)濟合同及協(xié)議的評審、談判、簽訂，并檢查合同的履行情況。5、參與對員工違法、違紀、違反公司管理制度和損害公司利益的案件的調(diào)查，并提供法律意見。6、為勞動爭議糾紛、審核處理、修訂勞動合同及相關規(guī)章制度等提供法律意見。7、對集團及各子公司在經(jīng)營管理活動中的法律風險，提出預警法律意見。職位要求：1、本科及以上學歷。2、2年以上法務/律師相關工作經(jīng)驗。3、具備技術類、經(jīng)濟類合同評審經(jīng)驗。4、具備勞動爭議糾紛處理經(jīng)驗。5、具備英語口語與書寫溝通能力。
