職責(zé)描述：1.Familiar on rolling FCST methodology and good at excel tools to generate report and analysis for EC operation & campaigns optimization.2.Work closely with eCommerce team to develop eCommerce analytics to identify and drive overall commercial targets for growth and profitability. 3.Provide sales performance analysis based on market research report, other outsource data and sales feedback for effective decision making.4.To lead & establish sales planning & tracking process with eCom FSS teams. 5.Deliver sophisticated target setting by store level & align with eCom FSS teams.6.Lead to elevate business reporting/analysis ****work to track actual status of all commercial KPI and deliver insights constantly.7.Collaborate with finance team to manage financial process. 8.Working with merchandising team to drive key category management and facilitate data analysis.9.Maintain product master data accurately to meet business requirement timely.10.Identify, analyze master data related issues to ensure that problems can be solved in short time.11.Other tasks assigned by line manager.任職要求：1.Bachelor's degree or above required.2.Minimum 5 years of experience in business planning/BI/Analytics function for multinational company.3.Excellent analytical skills and well-organized in preparing materials & various reports.4.Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and can work effectively with cross functional teams.5.Well-rounded MS office skills, and Master key data system like SAP, Power BI, etc.6.Strong data driven person & able to do hands on job7.Expertise in both business planning & business intelligence ****8.Tolerance to stress, high energy, and strong job ownership9.Business acumen, especially for e-commerce10.Communication skills, relationship management and empathy
