Verify the goals and Bartec’s expectation. 維護與供應商關系， 明確 Bartec 的目標及期望。Claim for replacement or compensation from suppliers if need. 對IQC提供的不合格產(chǎn)品報告向供應商進行更換或索賠。Regular review purchasing price with suppliers, controll and reduce the purchasing price to achieve company’s saving target.與供應商進行價格談判，按公司要求控制采購成本并完成降本要求；Audit & visit Tier 2 suppliers. Find and help suppliers problem.
