    Tasks:HR-Strategy / Planning-Define and implement the local HR Strategy in line with the global HR Strategy in coordination with the local GM and local management team-Contribute to the design and stepwise development of the local organizational structure in close coordination with the GMs-Own the local implementation of HR concepts based on agreed ****works with HQCompany Value / Culture / Compliance-Transform company values into the local cultural environment, be sensitive and conscious about ethical and cultural aspects in the local organisation and its global context, and own corresponding HR initiatives to foster the local and global cooperation. Take responsibility for HR policies, regulations and job specifications based on legal requirements, company values and commitments. -Drive Innovation culture and new working way in organizaiton.Total rewards-Design total rewards strategy fitful local market scenario.-Lead annual salary review process in terms of proposal,Implementation and communicationTalent acquisition and management-Build a talent engine—employer branding, sourcing, ****ion and early-career programs-Identify and developing internal employees with the potential to fill key leadership/technical positions in the company, increases the availability of experienced and capable employees for future business developmentTeam management and development-Lead, motivate, and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services.-Set clear ****ives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance ****uations for team members.-Develop HR colleagues by day-to-day coaching or training activities.Projects and optimization-Actively participate in local and global HR projects as leader or team member to achieve set business goals-Ensure that all processes are aligned with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.-Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.-Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to improve HR processesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related major 10+ years of experience of HR with profound experience in HR in a production company>3 years of leader roleExperience concerning further development and optimization of a company organization and hence deduction of a local HR strategyExperience in HR-key aspects like recruiting, talent development, compensation & benefit or HR BP. Has ability to decode business & HR strategy and translate it into solid operational execution.Very good knowledge in labor law China, Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices English can be a working languageInternational exposure, preferably from working for or with European firms.
