職責(zé)描述：
?Lead, guide, support, train, build-up and manage HTT’s engineering, purchasing, logistic and project department; full responsibility for sub-coordinates
?Motivate her/his team through performance coaching and career planning
?Maintain a mind-set of continuous improvement in terms of technical solutions, cost deduction, optimization of processes and customer satisfaction
?Improve productivity and company profits by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in design, training, processes, reporting and employee engagement
?Work with other managers to ensure operational consistency
?Follow up and solve technical problems (internal and at customers)
?Technical clarification between HTT, suppliers and headquarters
?Localization and nationalization of parts and components for our machines
?Verification and validation of technical documents such as drawings, B.O.M. (Bill of Material)
