工作職責(zé)：1、根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需求和編制，分解年度招聘策略，運(yùn)營(yíng)各類招聘項(xiàng)目；2、開拓和管理各種招聘渠道，滿足公司的人才需求；3、建立和優(yōu)化招聘流程，協(xié)調(diào)招聘團(tuán)隊(duì)高效合作；4、收集市場(chǎng)人才信息，進(jìn)行相關(guān)行業(yè)/人才 mapping；5、負(fù)責(zé)招聘渠道的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析，通過數(shù)據(jù)確定招聘流程問題并提出解決方案。任職要求：1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，5年以上招聘相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，游戲行業(yè)招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；2、優(yōu)秀的項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行能力和推進(jìn)能力，有校招、內(nèi)推運(yùn)營(yíng)等招聘項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；3、良好的邏輯分析能力、數(shù)據(jù)分析能力、解決問題能力、溝通能力；4、熱愛游戲，熱愛招聘，自我驅(qū)動(dòng)力強(qiáng)。
