職責描述： 1. 負責企業(yè)文化與雇主品牌體系搭建和完善落地機制，設計推廣方案并推動執(zhí)行，積極宣傳企業(yè)的價值觀，管理理念。 2. 負責公司文化氛圍的搭建，組織策劃公司文化活動，推動文化活動有效落地，提高員工的歸屬感，增強企業(yè)凝聚力。 3. 負責企業(yè)文化對內對外宣傳工作的策劃、組織、文案撰寫等；企業(yè)文化新媒體、自媒體的開發(fā)、運營與優(yōu)化。 4. 協(xié)助品牌對外樹立公司企業(yè)文化形象,協(xié)助專題活動的宣傳。 5. 負責各類員工活動以及員工關懷工作的策劃及執(zhí)行。 6. 充分利用各種渠道，對公司各部門企業(yè)文化、員工活動、員工關懷的宣傳推廣。 任職要求：1.本科及以上學歷，專業(yè)不限； 2.3年以上相關工作經驗，具備良好的邏輯思維及溝通協(xié)調能力； 3.有強烈的責任感和敬業(yè)精神，能承受一定的工作壓力。
