崗位職責(zé)：1、負責(zé)學(xué)校人力資源部門日常運作的順利進行；2、根據(jù)學(xué)校的發(fā)展，組織制定招聘、培訓(xùn)、績效、薪酬考核等人力資源管理的方針、政策和制度，并執(zhí)行相關(guān)管理制度及政策的落實；3、負責(zé)收集、整理和匯總?cè)肆Y源數(shù)據(jù)，進行數(shù)據(jù)分析，指標(biāo)解讀，并提供意見；4、在人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、人才發(fā)現(xiàn)與引進方面向決策層提供專業(yè)建議，全面提高綜合管理水平，控制人力成本；5、搭建人才培養(yǎng)體系，保障組織高速發(fā)展；搭建文化體系，保證組織健康持續(xù)發(fā)展；6、協(xié)調(diào)各部門之間的工作與關(guān)系，建立有效的內(nèi)部工作機制；7、熟悉外籍事務(wù)管理， 包括不限于外教工作許可及簽證相關(guān)的政策法規(guī)及辦理流程、員工關(guān)懷、員工關(guān)系處理等；8、維護完整、健全的工作人員檔案系統(tǒng)9、完成上級交辦的其他事務(wù)。任職要求：1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，人力資源，英語等相關(guān)專業(yè)；2. 精通英語，優(yōu)秀的英文聽說讀寫能力；3. 有5年以上國際學(xué)校人力資源管理經(jīng)驗；優(yōu)秀的外籍事務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗；4. 熟悉外籍工簽的工作流程和運作方式，能獨立解決復(fù)雜的人事管理實際問題，具有較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、人際交往能力，團隊寫作和解決問題的能力；5. 有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，嚴謹，仔細，有抗壓力，富有責(zé)任心，6. 熟悉HR軟件及辦公軟件的使用。
