職責描述：
1、負責公司產品（醫療一次性耗材）生產過程的工藝設計及跟蹤控制；
2、負責公司產品工藝文件的編制、修訂；
3、負責產品生產階段的工藝交底，及培訓指導工作；
4、負責產品生產過程中的技術支持，包括異常問題的分析、對策、預防和控制；
5、負責產品生產BOM編制、維護，及裝配方面的物料整理（包括工程變更BOM）；
6、負責培訓、指導操作人員熟悉工藝技術，檢查現場操作人員的工藝執行情況；
7、完成產品生產過程中的設計驗證、過程確認、風險管理工作；
8、負責公司生產設備（自動化組裝機）進行維護和改進


任職要求：
1、 專業：大學本科及以上學歷；機電一體化、工藝設計制造等相關專業畢業；
2、熟練運用CAD、SolidWorks，UG軟件進行工裝夾具設計；
3、工作經驗： 3年以上，具有工藝結構設計和醫療儀器安裝調試工藝管理經驗；
4、熟悉ISO 13485、具有醫療器械行業經驗尤佳；
5、熟悉PFMEA，IQ/OQ/PQ，PPAP，作業指導書及工藝流程圖；
6、熟練使用PLC
