職責(zé)描述：
1.To lead and be responsible for successful transition of existing business operations at various offices and factories to Shared Services
2.To plan, organize and manage the transition including detail activities, resources and budget and deliver the shared services outcome effectively (headcount, costs and service level)
3.To work with local business team to plan, drive and execute the transition plan.
4.To establish service equipment and team building in spoke.
5.To engage shared services stakeholders in China business units regularly and timely to ensure effective collaboration by shared services and businesses
6.To drive effective collaboration between Shared services spokes and hub.
7.To responsible the MBOS project in China Share service.
任職要求：
1.Minimally Bachelor Degree Graduate from accredited tertiary institution.
2.Strong and proven management and leadership experiences in Shared Services organization
3.Customer focus, and proven ability to build Stakeholder Support for SSC/IT projects
4.Strong knowledge of Shared Services IT and transition
5.Strong and proven communication skills to work effectively with senior executives and peers to influence and drive changes
6.Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills.
7.Able to multitask in a fast pace environment.
8.Ability to speak, write and read the English &Chineselanguage.
9.Self-Driven and able to work independently on complex matters
10.PMP certification desired
