What You’ll Do
?Lead and manage a team who handles the Golden VAT System/Invoicing and Red VAT Process
?Ensure GVAT invoices are issued on a timely and compliant manner
?Ensure GVAT invoices soft copies are provided to extending financing bank on a timely manner
?Liaise with local tax authorities for clarifications on GVAT invoice matters
?Troubleshoot, track & resolve GVAT issues by working with I2C Collections team, IT and external GVAT vendor
?Partnership with Accenture team to ensure smooth hand off’s as and when needed
?Procurement of stationary to support GVAT/Red VAT processes

Who You Are
?4+ years of working experience with Golden VAT system in China, to support invoicing & dispute management i.e. Red VAT Process
?Detail oriented and good problem solving skills
?Good communication skills, written & speaking skills in English and Mandarin
?Experience with Bank Acceptance Draft (B.A.D) process preferred but not mandatory
