Strategic Business Development Senior Advisor
Location： Shanghai/Beijing

Responsibilities:
?Be the custodian of all business metrics for CoC
?Develop weekly BMS to review business performance
?Work across teams to develop key operational KPIs as leading indicators of business performance
?Develop single source of data by managing all data assets
?Lead preparations for all Executive Ops Reviews
?Develop and drive the China CSB CoC initiatives to support the China CSB business top priorities in alignment with all stakeholders (cycle planning, sales, merchandising, marcomm etc)
?Represents the BMS function and on occasions the China CSB CoC function on various business meetings & ops reviews


Requirements:
?10 years marketing experience in related industry
?Excellent presentation skills
?Ability to analyze information and draw accurate insightful conclusions
?Strong consultative skills and an ability to influence others to achieve results
?Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables
?Strong strategic planning skills with an ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
?Ability to work effectively with senior management
?Ability to execute
