該職位為大中華地區總裁助理，工作內容以私人事務為主、總裁的行政及業務相關支持為輔。工作構成：60% PA，20% Admin and 20% Business support .

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Schedule conferences, meetings and appointments; notify attendees, and makes necessary arrangements, write down MOM; 安排會議、會議通知發布、會議紀要記錄
- Organize business trip and appointments such as air ticket /train ticket booking /visa application and hotel reservation; 行程安排，包括機票/火車票預定、簽證申請、酒店預定等
- Visa and residence permit applying and so on; 簽證、居住證等延期
- Reimbursement and other expense claim; 費用報銷
- Handle Director and his family’s personal stuff, including but not limited to itinerary arrangement, purchasing, arranging house clean lady and driver etc.; 總裁及其家人的私人事宜，包括但不限于國內外行程安排、物品采購、阿姨及司機溝通等
- Other tasks assigned by directors. 總裁交代的其他事宜

Qualifications and Experience:
- College degree or above, major in English, Secretary would be a plus; 大專以上學歷，英語或文秘專業尤佳
- Above 2 years relevant assistant or secretary experience in a multinational company; 2年及以上外企助理或秘書經驗
- Must have excellent inter-personal, communication and organizational skills; 優秀的溝通及組織能力
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and multi-task management; detailed-oriented; 自發自動、能承受工作壓力、多任務管理、注重細節
- Good command of oral and writing in English; 英文良好
- Excellent excel, power point skills would be a plus 擅長Excel以及PPT尤佳
