職責(zé)描述：
Job Responsibility:
1)The MIS( Management Information System) Engineer is primarily responsible for building up and maintain QA Management Information System with the support of data analyst, QA operation team, QA Engineering team and US QA team.
2)The MIS Engineer should use the QA internal as well as external data to do the analysis and ensure the analyzed information can be delivered to high management for decision making, to QA internal users/cross function team for controlling and to vendors/3rd parties for improvement.

Requirement:
1)Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or other technical sciences is required.
2)5-8 years working experience in the field of project management in well-managed buying offices or factories.
3)Strong interest in using data for business insight. Skilled knowledge of statistical and analytical tools, such as Mini-TAB & Excel.
4)Strong understanding and demonstrated use of management information system.
5)Strong programming skill.
6)Good presentation skills and strong communication skills.
7)Effective oral and written English proficiency and predominate local language(s).
8)Strong self-management and development skill.
