職責(zé)描述：
Key Operational Responsibilities

1. Deliver required activities to support the Strategy:
2. Align with internal stakeholders about strategic areas and specific needs, both in terms of business and technology, stimulate external network, identify innovative solutions, filter according to screening deliverables and promote at Home Care and SDA
3. Support Electrolux departments to deliver the critical activities to transform an idea into an Electrolux project (agreements, prototypes, business analysis and technology assessment)
4. Build brokerage alliances with intermediate partners in academic, industrial, financial and institutional ecosystems to reach innovators worldwide
5. Support all departments to play internal open innovation
6. Support purchasing to deliver suppliers innovation
任職要求：
Education:
Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Past experience
1. 4+ year experience in R&D, technology & product development, project management, technology scouting
Technical skills
1. Understanding of technology road maps and knowledge of technology readiness levels, trends and gaps
2. Technology feasibility analysis
3. Methodologies and tools to evaluate business ideas and perform technology assessment
4. Intellectual Property management
5. Acknowledgement of consumer insights and business opportunities
Soft skills:
1. Ability to work in a matrix based organization and cross functional teams
