Technical and System Management of the construction functional Department and contribute to the organisational strategic planning process.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION:

Construction Method Development:
- Leads to develop construction method and toolkits to meet project construction requirements.
- Steward L&D / training function for the group.
- Manages EMS and Ensures the requirements of EMS are applied to all projects.

Technical Integrity & Stewardship:
- Ensures that the relevant construction Codes & Standards are available and in use on the projects.
- Implements and maintains the Technical Stewardship Plan and requirements for the locations.
- Identification and evaluation of new technology developments to improve the efficiency of the team.
- Promotes the use of and skills development in the preferred toolkit.


Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required

- Good oversea international engineering company work experience.
- Good knowledge of project construction and completions execution processes and
procedure.
- Good oversea international engineering company work experience.
- 15 years experience in project management
- Good English read, write and speak capability.
