Software Dev。 Senior Engineer – Spotlight Team Lead

Dell is looking for software development team lead to join our team to work on the following product: Spotlight? on SQL Server Enterprise.

Spotlight? on SQL Server Enterprise provides in-depth physical, cloud, and virtual SQL diagnostics. Intuitive overviews of enterprise health and performance, automated alerts and actions, and an integrated Xpert tuning module ensure optimal performance for your SQL Server, Analysis Services, VMware ESX and SQL Azure database environments.

The candidate will be a team lead managing a group of software developers. The team will work closely with Melbourne team in Australia on Windows Azure based web development, on Android App development, on Java based Diagnostic Server development.

Role Responsibilities
? Responsible for the design and development activities associated with software using a range of applicable technologies (e.g., programming languages, compilers, assemblers, debuggers, other tools) for products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs.
? Analyzes requirements and develops innovative, useful software. Modifies existing software products to add new functions, adapt to new hardware, improve performance or enhance product usability.
? Participates in product development in all stages from planning and design to development and testing.
? Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
? Assists training with production of formal training material for sales/marketing.

Requirements

? 8+ years of software development experience.
? ASP.NET MVC
? Experience with SQL Server.
? Good in oral and written English. CET4.
? Good communication skills and team work spirit
? A bachelor/master degree in computer science or other related disciplines.

Preferences
? Team lead experience.
? Windows Azure experience.
